For the longest time, I have been admiring so many beautiful photos taken with old film cameras, and for the longest time, I have been resisting the urge to buy an analog camera for myself. Partly why I've been restraining myself from getting a good bargain from eBay was because my aunt told me that she had an old camera hidden somewhere in my grandmother's house. It was given to her by her ex-fiancee, but I won't dwell on that (ha ha). It's been sitting idly inside a cabinet for nearly thirty years! When I finally got my hands on that camera, much to my dismay, it was no longer working.
The camera pictured above is not that camera. That is a photo of the camera I purchased to satisfy my desire to shoot with film as soon as possible. I am terribly impatient..
I've already developed my first roll of expired film, and I cannot tell you how nervous I was when I received the pictures. I can't wait to share them!
we have the same camera! ♡ mine is the program though, and it's currently on repair (sadly!)
